Jordan Bak is a viola performance major at New England Conservatory. Currently enrolled in his last semester, the musician was required to complete a two hour-long recital pre-graduation, of which consisted of four performances; Renditions of the musical works of Shostakovich, Bach, Mozart, and Bax were therefore played to an audience of mentors, family, and fellow musicians on Sunday, April 17 within NEC’s Brown Hall. As the conservatory is one of the country’s oldest and most reputable music schools, such renditions needed to be significantly close to perfect.
Jordan will be graduating from New England Conservatory this month, and will be pursuing a master’s degree in Classical Music at The Juilliard School starting September of 2016.
